Refund Policy

At Simran Express Pvt. Ltd., we strive to offer a smooth and customer-friendly experience. We understand that travel plans can change, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our valued customers.

1. Ticket Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund after applicable cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be eligible for any refund.
  • No refunds will be processed for no-shows or missed buses due to personal reasons.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • 10% deduction on the ticket fare if canceled more than 48 hours before departure.
  • 25% deduction on the ticket fare if canceled between 24 to 48 hours before departure.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Service charges and payment gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Trip Cancellation by Simran Express Pvt. Ltd.

  • In the rare event of a trip being canceled by us due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be entitled to a 100% refund or may opt for an alternative trip, subject to availability.

5. How to Cancel

  • Cancellations can be made online through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer support team.

6. Important Notes

  • Refund policies may vary during peak seasons or special promotional offers.
  • Please ensure correct personal and banking details are provided to avoid delays in processing the refund.
