Cancellation Policy

At Simran Express Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize customer convenience and transparency. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly while ensuring efficient operations. Please review the following terms carefully before making any cancellations.

1. Cancellation Timelines

  • Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for cancellation and no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation Methods

  • You can cancel your booking through our official website or mobile app.
  • Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team to assist with cancellations.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will incur a 10% deduction on the ticket fare.
  • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before departure will incur a 25% deduction on the ticket fare.
  • No cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of departure.

4. Group Bookings

  • Group bookings (more than 10 passengers) require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations.
  • Group booking cancellation charges may vary. Please contact our support team for details.

5. Important Notes

  • All cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
  • Service fees, booking charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Special discounts or promotional bookings may have different cancellation rules.
