- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for cancellation and no refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation Methods
- You can cancel your booking through our official website or mobile app.
- Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team to assist with cancellations.
3. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will incur a 10% deduction on the ticket fare.
- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before departure will incur a 25% deduction on the ticket fare.
- No cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of departure.
4. Group Bookings
- Group bookings (more than 10 passengers) require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations.
- Group booking cancellation charges may vary. Please contact our support team for details.
5. Important Notes
- All cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
- Service fees, booking charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Special discounts or promotional bookings may have different cancellation rules.
